From the moment I entered ReSpa, I was greeted with open arms. As this was my first time getting facial enhancements, I was nervous to say the least. Cintia not only made me feel welcome, she eased my anxiety by explaining everything in great detail. She made the procedure painless and checked with me every step of the way to ensure I achieved the desired results. Renata also checked in during the procedure and introduced herself.
