Renata Bauer-Saville is the visionary founder behind ReSpa Palm Beach, a premier med spa dedicated to a holistic and regenerative approach to beauty and wellness. She believes that true beauty comes from within and is deeply committed to restoring vitality, enhancing confidence, and empowering individuals through the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
With a passion for regenerative treatments, Renata embraces the future of aesthetics—harnessing the body’s natural ability to heal and rejuvenate itself. She prioritizes treatments that stimulate the body’s own regenerative response, leading to long-lasting, natural results rather than temporary fixes.

Renata’s personal journey into motherhood, particularly her experience with twin daughters, inspired her to create non-invasive specialized treatment packages designed for mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Originally from Brazil, Renata is fluent in Portuguese and English. When she’s not at ReSpa, she enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga, playing golf, and exploring the latest wellness innovations.

BRITTANY MADISON APRN-C, MSN
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner | Injector
Brittany is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with degrees from University of Florida, University of Central Florida, as well as a Masters in Nursing from the University of Miami.
She has over a decade worth of experience as a spinal surgeon’s surgical first assistant, and has mastered complex skin closures and many delicate surgical skills.
Over recent years, she has trained in aesthetic anti-aging procedures to combine her surgical knowledge with the injectable industry. Having seen how the effects of Neurotoxins and fillers can work wonders on aging features, Brittany is excited to bring her substantive medical expertise to ReSpa’s unique blend of medicine and aesthetics.
CINTIA HULTZ BHS, MPA, PA-C
Aesthetic Physician Associate | Injector
Cintia Hultz, BHS, MPA, PA-C, began her career as a Dental Hygienist and worked alongside several leading cosmetic dentists in the Palm Beach area for many years. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University in 2013 and completed her Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant at Keiser University in 2015.
With over 7 years of Medical/Emergency experience, with more than 8 years focused in Dermatology/Medical Aesthetics, Cintia is also trained and certified on Advanced techniques in Botox, dermal fillers, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) for facial rejuvenation/hair restoration, and mesotherapy lipolytic fat reduction treatments including weight loss management.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Cintia empowers patients through her educational approach in the decision-making process and by placing the highest regard to safety and efficacy. Patients appreciate her remarkable precision and attention to detail when it comes to facial anatomy and aging interventions.
MARINA COLLINS
Licensed Aesthetician | Laser Technician
Marina has been a licensed esthetician and laser technician since 2021. She is dedicated to providing personalized skincare solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client working closely with our Nurse Practitioner and Physician Associate.
At ReSpa, Marina performs comprehensive skin health consultations and ReSpa luxury and holistic facials. She is trained in a variety of advanced treatments including Hydrafacials, VI Peels, EMFACE, Exion RF Microneedling & Targeted Ultrasound Technology, SkinStylus, Emsculpt NEO, Cellutone, and the Emsella Chair.
She was born and raised in Jupiter, FL. In her personal time, she enjoys working out (Pilates and strength training), also boating, spending time at the beach with family and friends. She fully embraces self-care, immersing herself in reading and learning everything about skincare when not traveling.
